As we close 2017-18 financial year we have seen a shift in dynamics here at Robant Rollers.
Fresh faces have been welcomed as Vashuan, Lewis & George arrive with us. All 3 have been successfully working towards their apprenticeships as we provide all important in-house training & support to grow their skills within the industry.
New international projects have been a focus of recent months as we create business and form relationships in Egypt, Brazil & Germany.
We said a fond farewell to a valued, longstanding member of the team in Tony as he retires after 15 years’ service with us. Tony’s departure made great opportunity for John, who also started with Robant 5 years ago as a young apprentice, to take on his new role as foreman. The change within the production floor has been seamless and adapted well by the team.
We have seen a growth in customer base as our sales team have focussed on both customers old and new. Creating new working relationships and reigniting those that may have forgotten about us!
